All ordering information is confidential and secure. See our Privacy

• Minimum order for the Pacific Silverworks product
line is $100.00 (US). This is for all orders .
• Taxes do not apply to wholesale prices. However, the
tax amount may appear on the order, but will be removed at
the time it is processed.
• We accept: Amex, Visa, MC and Discover
Return Policy:
Returns accepted for full credit within 30 days of receipt. From
30 to 60 days there will be a 20% restocking fee. No returns will
be accepted after 60 days.
Placing An Order:
Cookies must be turned on in your browser. Having them
turned off will make the Shopping Cart inoperable.
1. Select a catagory from the "Shop the Catalog" menu.
2. Type in the quantity for each item on the page you wish to order, then click
the "Add to Cart" button at the bottom of page.
3. It takes a moment, then the item(s) will be added to your Shopping Cart.
4. Your Shopping Cart window will then open, allowing you to view your items
and at which time you can change the quantity or delete an item.
5. To update an item, change the quantity or options and click update. Click
delete to remove an item from the Shopping Cart.
6. To continue shopping (when in the Shopping Cart window) click on the "Continue
Shopping" button at the bottom of the page.
7. If at any time you wish to see what you have in the shopping cart, click
on "View Cart/Checkout" button (located in the left navigation bar and at the
bottom of page).
8. When you are done shopping, click on "View Cart/Checkout" button and follow
the directions to complete your online order. If you are already in the Shopping
Cart simply follow the instructions.
Note: When checking out, click "new user sign
in" to register with us. Your customer
information will then be recalled on subsequent
visits, freeing up time on checkout.
Existing users simply "sign in."
If you forgot your password, enter your email
on the sign in page and checkmark the "I
forgot my password" box. Your password
will immediately be sent to your email address.
